‘Letters to Mortimer’ came about many years ago and sprang mainly from my boredom with and amusement at the corporate world. They were simply shared amongst friends who enjoyed a good laugh. Recently, a co-worker and friend encouraged me to make them available to a wider audience. If you like them, you have my humble gratitude. If you don’t, well…my mom thinks I’m handsome.
Incidentally, regarding the subject matter, remember that Nabokov hated Freudians with a passion. The characters bear no resemblance to any person in my life and are not meant to offend. Furthermore, my co-workers, family and ex-wife are both kind and intelligent, and take greater care of me than I am able to express. My ex-wife, especially, has been supportive and a good friend. Not only has she been wonderful, but my former in-laws are as kind as anyone could ever want. Although, some of the framework of the story mirrors events that have happened in my life, this is simply a vehicle to carry the letters. The characters ARE NOT like my real life family and friends. Thank you.

I hope you do all of them on here. These are priceless.
Thank you! There are more to come, for sure.
Excellent work my friend. I hope to see a lot more from you!
Check back soon. I plan to have several more posted in short order.
Love these letters. Surely you have more grist for the mill of your imagination and wide vocabulary.
